Presentations
All presentations will have a duration of 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions & answers.

Proceedings and White Papers
The conference proceedings will be in English (no translation service will be available). A dedicated portal featuring the proceedings (except the videos), as well as white papers, and reference documents will be accessible to all the registered delegates within 10 days after the conference. The portal address and the password will be sent by email.

Access Badges
The conference badges are to be picked up at the registration desk at the conference venue starting at 13.00 on the first day of registered attendance

Food & Beverages
Each morning & afternoon will have a refreshment break. The first day will be concluded by a conference cocktail. The refreshment breaks, lunches & cocktail will offer exceptional networking opportunities.

Booking Confirmation
Delegate bookings will be confirmed by fax or email. if Confirmation has not been received within 2 days, please notify Blyenburgh & Co.
Entrance to the conference venue will only be possible for confirmed delegates. Confirmed delegates are delegates to whom receipt of their booking has been confirmed by the organizers by the sending of an email confirmation.
Delegates places are nominal and may not be shared.
Substitution of delegates is permitted, provided the organizers have been informed in writing before 12.00 noon on 26 June 2019.
